Sunrise Pools’ process keeps our customers informed and involved in making key decisions about their pool,
every step of the way.

Step One: Consultation

We set up a meeting with the homeowner(s) to conduct an interview and get a feel for our client's needs. The consultation covers:

  • What style of pool do you prefer? Freeform, natural, geometric?
  • What purpose will your pool serve? Entertainment, exercise, therapy, aesthetics?
  • What features do you want your pool to incorporate? Waterfall, planters, diving board, slide?

Step Two: Walk Through

This step is used to determine the logistics of the construction of your pool. In this phase we assess and consider:

  • Available area
  • Placement
  • Solar exposures
  • Privacy issues
  • Landscaping planning
  • Prevailing winds

Step 3: Budget

In this step we discuss what price range the homeowner is looking to stay within, and what available resources they have to finance their project.

Step 4: Financing

When it comes to financing your pool, there are a couple of different options available to you. Be sure to consider:

  • Which financing package best suits your needs?
  • Is the monthly payment affordable?

We typically answer client's finance questions such as:

  • Will my pool be tax deductible?
  • Will my pool increase the value of my home?

Step 5: Design Consultation

During your design consultation, you will have available more than 100 sample images of finished pools, and more than 150 shapes to view. You have the option to select design elements from the sample images and shapes, or, we can design a unique pool to best suit your style.

Step 6: Computer Aided Design

You design your pool, with the assistance of our CAD operator, in the comforts of your home. Using a laptop computer, our CAD operator will produce your design to scale -- including elements like decking, waterfalls, and patios.

Step 7: Available Options

Once we have completed the design of your pool, we explore how we can make your pool as maintenance free as possible -- so you can spend more time enjoying your pool. Options include:

  • Lighting systems
  • Remote control systems
  • Solar systems

Step 8: Final Cost

The final cost estimate of the pool is delivered to our client for final approval. Once approved we schedule the job and break ground.

Congratulations! You will be enjoying your pool and spa in approximately 5-8 weeks.
